[Outline of Product Technology]
MARUI's "Hi-ACTIS" has computer testing programs for performing compression tests easily by only selecting the "specimen size"
and "estimated strength" on the screen.
If you use the "shooting mode", you can take pictures of the testing status quickly and do not need to write down the testing
conditions on the blackboard.
The safety measures (box-type high rigidity design, anti-scattering transparent cover,
explosion prevention function) and other features such as the compression board changing rail were designed in the pursuit of reliability and usability.
Easy operation and status check with touch panel
[1. Test conditions selection and setting]
Select any one of [Compression test], [Bending test], [Special test], or [Hardness].
Combine the specimen size and estimated strength and select an appropriate program.
[2. Test start]
Press the "Start" button to start the programmed automatic loading test.
The cylinder raises and the load begins to be added.
[3. Test end]
The maximum load and compression strength are automatically displayed.
The cylinder returns to the default position (datum point).
[4. Photo shooting]
After measurement finishes, press the "Shoot" button on the upper right of the touch panel to largely display
the compression strength and maximum load. (You can also switch the display to "Blackboard" mode.)
As you can take pictures of the testing status with the display, it saves the work to write down on the blackboard.
Perfect safety with the high rigidity designed frame etc.
The frame has two times rigid compared to standard products, and is not deformed, twisted, or loosened.
The anti-scattering transparent cover in case of the explosion of the specimen also assures safety.
In addition, if any breakage or explosion possibility has been detected, the equipped "Explosion prevention structure" automatically performs unloading.
Display mode switching convenient for test status photo shooting
You can switch the display of the color monitor between "Blackboard" and "Scale board",
and the display of the touch panel between "Blackboard" and "Digital meter".
Combine the preferred displays for photo shooting of the test status.
The series of the stress value of the test result is averaged and entered on the blackboard automatically.
The age of specimen is calculated from the date of creation and test and entered automatically, to save the work for the test process.
[Optional] Test result reports and testing records
If you purchase optional software, "Test result report" and "Testing record" can be generated automatically.
The testing data is recorded on the hard disk and can be moved to a USB flash memory, so you can manage the data efficiently.
The entry items for the report can be modified from the master management function.
[Optional] The vibration-proof rubber to reduce the vibration and noise
The vibration and noise can be reduced by using the vibration-proof rubber (optional) for places where large foundation cannot be laid such as a laboratory.
